Welcome to our adoption page! Here, you’ll find rabbits and guinea pigs currently in our care who are looking for loving forever homes. We also share information about other small animals in need that we’re aware of, even if they’re not directly in our rescue.
Every animal listed has been assessed for health and temperament, and we work to match them with the best possible home. If you’re ready to adopt or want to learn more about a specific rabbit or guinea pig, check out their profiles below!
Hazel is a beautiful, approximately 4-year-old spayed lop rabbit with a heart full of love. Despite losing the tips of her ears before she was originally adopted from the SPCA, she never let it slow her down. She was a beloved companion to her owner, but after his passing, his family was unable to provide the care she needed.
When Hazel arrived at our rescue, we quickly discovered she had a painful tooth abscess that required urgent surgery. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we were able to raise the necessary funds for her procedure. Hazel underwent surgery at a local emergency clinic to remove the affected teeth and drain the abscess, and we are happy to report that she has made a full recovery!
Now, Hazel is ready for her second chance at a forever home. She will need weekly tooth checks (done at home) and regular vet visits to ensure her dental health remains stable. To keep her happy and healthy, her diet should consist mostly of hay and fresh vegetables, with just a small daily portion of pellets (she absolutely loves her morning ½ teaspoon treat!).
Hazel is a sweet and resilient rabbit who deserves a loving home where she can continue to thrive. If you think you could be her perfect match, please reach out to us to learn more about adopting Hazel!
