Rabbit & Guinea Pig Grooming

Because little coats, paws and personalities deserve special care.

At Reina’s Rabbits & Guinea Pig Hotel, grooming is about more than looking good. Regular grooming helps keep your rabbit or guinea pig comfortable and gives us an opportunity to notice changes in their coat, skin and nails.

With a lifelong passion for small animals, a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and more than 30 years of rabbit experience, I understand that every pet is different. My approach is gentle, patient and tailored to the individual animal.

Whether your pet needs a routine nail trim, help managing a long coat or a more involved grooming session, I aim to make the experience as calm and comfortable as possible.

A Gentle, Individual Approach

Rabbits and guinea pigs can find handling stressful, so I take their comfort and behaviour into consideration throughout each appointment. Grooming is adapted to the individual pet, and I may recommend additional time, breaks or veterinary attention if a concern is identified.

Please note that grooming is not a substitute for veterinary care. Skin problems, unusual hair loss, wounds, severe matting or changes in your pet's health may require assessment by a veterinarian.
